Rubinha
was bred by Thorsten Hogrefe who works at the Verband
in Germany. She was then sold at the 1999 Elite Foal
Auction for DM 20,000.
Her sire is the legendary 'Rubinstein' who has produced
many top class dressage horses, and was himself a winner
of numerous Grand Prix’s all over the world until
his untimely death.
Rubinha's dam is by the famous 'Weltmeyer', who also
produces many of the world's fiinest dressage horses.
Weltmeyer won everything there was to win, the approval,
the stallion performance test, the Federal Championship
and the DLG exhibition.
Weltmeyer has been one of the leading stallion personalities
in the FN breeding value ratings for dressage for years
now.
This beautiful modern built black mare carries the very
best bloodlines in the world today.
Direct Rubinstein mares are very rare to find, and this
mare combines the Rubinstein with Weltmeyer making this
mare a very special broodmare.
